At approximately 1AM the day after Tropical Storm Cristobal hit the Louisiana coastline, we lost power. My newly just installed 22KW propane fueled Generac Generator ran a total of 9-hrs. Burkhardt’s Air Conditioning are very professional, from the initial site survey performed by Chris to the actual installation of the Generac Generator by Jason and his crew. As my subdivision does not have natural gas lines, Burkhardt’s Air Conditioning even coordinated with a local Propane company to arrange the date/delivery of a 500 gallon propane tank. I can’t thank Burkhardt’s enough for their professionalism in the way the job was done from start to finish.

The process of getting a generator could not have been easier. Chris came out, we walked and discussed exactly what we wanted out of a generator. He recommended the perfect size. He did tell us there would be a 6-8 week wait for the installation. They came out and installed the generator, set up the wifi options for us and showed us how it worked. Everything worked perfectly!
