We never make assumptions based on the size of your home, or the size of your previous equipment. Our professionals take the time to size your new system properly, so that you can avoid the pitfalls of higher electric bills, uncomfortable temperature and humidity levels, and a shortened product lifespan due to overworking the equipment. Here are just a few other factors and guarantees that set Burkhardt apart:

Quality control checklist on every job.
Custom designed duct systems to allow proper air delivery.
Service manager inspections on all complete system installations.
Energy Reduction Guarantee: If you do not save at least 25 percent on your energy consumption in the first year, we will pay the difference (based on complete system and ductwork installation.)
Comfort Guarantee: We guarantee there will be no more than a three-degree difference between room temperatures or we will rebalance the air distribution for FREE (based on complete system and ductwork installation.)
On Time Guarantee: If we do not complete the work within the number of days that we agree on, we will take $100 off the price.
Clean Home Guarantee: If we do not leave the work area as clean as before we started, you will save another $100.

If you need AC work done Burkhardt is the company to call

Out of 3 quotes Burkhardt was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, affordable. Chris Isemann who is their Solution Specialist was extremely helpful. Where other companies failed Burkhardt thrived. Chris inspected every part of the unit, inside, outside, attic area and more. He took the time to explain what was the issues. The install team was just as impressive. They went above and beyond to complete the job. The craftsmanship was perfect. If you need AC work done Burkhardt is the company to call.

Cannot say enough great things about using Burkhardt for all our HVAC needs! We first hired them to do home inspections, and they found a serious issue on a newly renovated house we planned to purchase. When we bought our house, we signed up for their annual service and have been very happy for over 3 years. But where they really shined was when our AC went out on a Saturday, in August, in New Orleans. We called to request service, and within 15 minutes a tech called to say he was on his way. Super courteous and knowledgeable (as always) and gave us great tips to help us limp along until the part we needed to fully repair could be ordered on Monday. Highly recommend this company!

Electricity bills have actually been lower than the same time last year!

Burkhardt did a full HVAC system replacement for us last year, and we have been very pleased with their attention to detail and overall customer service. Professional In Every Way

After trying several other companies, we found Burkhardt.
